Slightly bronzed leaves and large, widely spreading white flowers with a yellow throat ring.
The flower ages to pink and the throat is enhanced with strong orange to brown marks around the golden ring. In effect this is like a white equivalent of E. revolutum and it is every bit as attractive and desirable as that species. The widely split, recurving style branches are unique to these two species.
Well drained, humus-rich soil in sun or light shade.
