This is a delightful form of this tough Crocus, which lacks the normal dark purple-black striping on the exterior. The result is a deep rich golden flower, which retains the tough constitution that makes this such a good garden species.

Seldom seen or sold, but an excellent plant of which we have a small number available this season.
