Description
The variety ingramii is the darkest-flowered form of Anemone blanda that there is. This was first found and named from Mount Parnassus, in Southern Greece many years ago and it is from there that this cultivated stock originated in 1982 on the CEH trip.
Lovely deep violet-blue flowers with a yellow centre.
Humus rich soil with good drainage in full sun. A very tolerant plant growing readily but slow to increase vegetatively.
