Description
A really exciting plant from Japan with the most amazingly patterned, silvered, clouded and silver-splashed leaves imaginable, they really are tremendously decorative and beautiful.
The flowers are also notable as they are albino in this clone, they lack the purple or brown pigments of the typical species and the thick-textured and waxy flowers are pure bright green with the tips of the petals just folded back a little.
Something really different and at the other end of the range to Dahlias and garden Gladiolus, this is subtle, quietly beautiful and it has an indeterminate quality that is just so very “Japanese” in its appearance and demeanor. Setsu Getsu Ka means “Snow Moon flower” apparently.
