Description
These are white seedlings raised from an original selection (“Blue Lip“) made by Janis Ruksans. The parent is illustrated.
They are all flowered and verified albino forms, some are pure white, many have a lip which is beautifully patterned with the thinnest of navy-blue lines around the mouth, just like Mum. An exquisite and charming strain, or form, of the type plant.
Our photograph is illustrative only and is of the parent plant, since the progeny are very slightly variable and we cannot illustrate them all! However I stress also that all are verified whites and they vary only slightly from the parent. The advantage of seed-raised plants of course is that they are cheaper than clonal plants; in this case they are less than half the parental price of two years ago.
