Description
An attractive slender species with succulent-looking glaucous green leaves curling at ground level.
These sit below one to three, 3 cm long, slender bells of lizard green and green-yellow, heavily dusted with grape-like bloom – in fact the entire plant is very glaucous, hence its name and this is a very attractive feature.
This form is the most robust and growable of the alfredae subspecies, and hails from Southern Turkey.
Sunny, well-drained spot but also good for pot cultivation where it likes a loam-based compost.
