Description
As the name might imply this is a very dwarf plant, seldom over 10 cm tall with stunning clear yellow flowers in the shape of narrow bells, inclining to conical. The petals are of good thick substance and are set off perfectly by the shiny green leaves which curl at soil level.
Likes sun and humus rich soil combined with sharp drainage and a long, cold winter rest to keep it leaf dormant well into late spring. The small effort is amply repaid by the flowers.
