Description
A lovely form of H. asiatica with pale violet-washed petals which are speckled and dotted all over with methylene violet.
Brought from Japan to Europe in 2009 by Chris Vermeire in Belgium this has subsequently spread slowly in cultivation. The Japanese name translates as “First Sunrise”
Introduced to our lists in December 2019.
