Description
This is a charming but rarely-seen species found only on Cheju Island and the southern tip of the Korean Peninsula.
The leaves are noticeably three-lobed and small, but beautifully patterned and glossy. The white or pink flowers bloom very early, this is probably the first Hepatica to bloom here. It is totally deciduous in colder climates, but retains its old leaves in our climate, until Spring.
Not difficult to grow but very difficult to source. Nursery produced plants.
