A fabulous new form for 2020 and we have been fortunate to procure just a very small stock.
Intense cerise flowers with a very well-filled and rounded outer whorl of 8-10, broad, pointed petals with a lovely round, well-packed, inner whorl of the same colour, centred with white. The anthers have all become petals and the very tips of these petalloid anthers are picked out with a flash of white. As with all Hepatica, the colour shifts with maturity, in this case the shade inclines a touch more towards pink and the white tips stand out even more.
