Description
A lovely new form from Japan, offered for the first time in Spring of 2019 and at a price about 30% of the cost of the same plant bought in a pot in Japan! This is a very full and symmetrical double with whorl upon whorl of petals piled one on top of the other.
The colour is very unusual for Japanese Hepatica being a novel shade of slightly orange-infused pink, which is known in no other cultivars. In the very centre, as if often the case with Hepatica, when fully blown, the flowers reveal a tiny pale “eye”
New and rather gorgeous.
