Description
A charming little miniature autumn-flowering Muscari. Delicate powder blue spikes are produced over a long period in the autumn, which makes it worth a try as there are not many autumnal Muscari.
This is perhaps always been considered a little tender in the UK climate however it has now come through nine winters here unscathed. We grow it potted, but in plunge frames in a well-drained, south-facing spot. Loam-based compost with sharp drainage. It is easy under glass in the alpine house where it will make a fine display as the small bulbs can be crowded into a pan.
