Description
Six to eight 12 cm leaves below a flower with wide, lime-green sepals and an equal number of elongated golden petals. The central reddish style is itself encircled by golden anthers.
Ours were originally from high altitude in the mountains of Sichuan and have been hardy here, flowering well and setting abundant seed. For a Paris this makes a showy flower.
