Description
A fantastic new form with green flowers! The sepals are entirely green, (rather than red-purple), set around a purple or (more usually) a green ovary. The flowers are borne very early in the year and this species is probably one of our first to flower. The “album” p[art of the botanical name (for this is a scientifically published form, rather than a chance horticultural sport) refers to the pollen colour by the way.
We listed this stunning plant for sale just once, in 2016 and 2020 is the first time since that we have had enough to spare. Numbers are limited this time.
