Description
The beautifully patterned leaves in shades of light silver, sage and bronze-green are a good enough reason on their own to grow the plant. However it also has large, lustrous bright purple-red flowers with a remarkable scent of bananas.
This really needs a sheltered garden spot, out of the wind, as it flowers very early and you would not want frost to spoil it. It has however taken -17°C here without damage. Vegetative divisions from our stock plants.
