Description
The leaves are relieved with both a broad, yellowish border and fainter, sporadic, stripes and patterns across and incorporated in to the body of the leaf.
The effect is very attractive and although less constant than some other forms, this chimera (the variegation results from a mixed genetic make-up rather than disease!) is an attractive new introduction.
The flowers are white, single, and of course, deliciously fragrant.
Said to have originated at the hall of the same name, though its early history is not known for certain.
