Description
Heart-shaped blue-green leaves, frequently with diffuse silver clouding on the upper surface which adds to the attraction of the foliage.
The main attraction of this plant however is the large, heavily-textured flowers. The petals are white with a black ring around the mouth, which is also black on the inside.
A very unusual and attractive Chinese plant. Easy in half shade in a humus-rich, well drained soil.
