Crocus tournefortii albus

Flowering sized corms.

Despatched August to October.

Description

A original form which originated in cultivation in Germany proved not to be good at increase and we have stopped growing it. However our AH.0002 stock contains abundant whites, I  would say at  least 50% of them are flowering white and we would direct you to that excellent, propagated stock.

The normally lavender flowers are pure white in this form, which retains the large flower size and the superb froth of its orange stigma contrasted with just the right amount of white in the form of its anthers.

Like its coloured counterpart, this form stays open in low light or cold weather.
