Description
(Sandan type)
This unusual single clonal selection has stunningly bright magenta-pink petals which are very broad and which overlap to make a perfect, slightly angular disc.
It has a “Sandan” structure so in the centre sits a loose, spidery rosette composed of anthers which have partially developed into spoon-shaped petalloid structures composed of a tiny, deep-red stained, deep green leaflet (the spoon bowl) held on a long, pale-green stalk (the spoon handle).
A lovely plant, very distinct and floriferous and notably long-lasting as it has no fertile parts.
